BONUS IN YEAR 2011

I refer to my mail master on Performance Linked Reward Scheme dated 30 October 2009.

*********** is pleased to announce that January 2011 Bonus as per table below will be made to eligible staff. The bonus payment will be disbursed on 31 January 2011.

*********** Council as its recent meeting decided that bonus paid in 2011 as follows: -

Permanent and contract staff who are in the service of *********** on 31^st December 2010 and the day the bonus is paid are eligible to the bonus. Staff who have resigned or tendered their resignation letter or are serving their notice period at the time of disbursement of the bonus would not be eligible to the bonus.

The bonus payment will be based on the eligible staff salary as at 31^st December 2010.

Staff who have served less than 12 months will be paid the bonus on a pro-rated basis.

The payment of bonus is strictly at the absolute discretion of *********** and is on a non-precedent basis.
